Both the teams stood strong over the course of 90 minutes, but Wrexham players turned out faultless at the end. Wrexham has already played two matches with MK Dons. and Wigan Athletic on August 5 and 8, respectively. The team will return to the grounds on August 12 to face off against AFC Wimbledon. While the following three are August 15 with Walsall, August 19 with Swindon Town, and August 26 with Barrow.
