As the former went on to score a massive victory, entities like eminent Hollywood director duo Russo Brothers to the Prince of Wales, William all rejoiced in the AFC’s win.

The owner, himself was rendered speechless by the team’s thrilling victory. Reynolds confessed that he was “a little speechless” following the game. Meanwhile, his co-owner and closest buddy, Rob McElhenney, admitted that the experience has been the “honor of his life”. Along with the teammates, the group had a lot of congratulatory messages pouring in from all sides.

Prince William and Russo Brothers Congratulate Wrexham
Having their favorite Ryan Reynolds enjoying his heart out with Rob McElhenney for Wrexham’s win, the Russo brothers could not contain their happiness as well. Taking to the Instagram account, he shared slides of the team celebrating with the Deadpool actor having it all. The caption proudly read, “CONGRATS WREXHAM” with a clapping illustration at the end. Meanwhile, the Hollywood royalty also made public its excitement for the team.

Being the literal Prince of Wales, and a hardcore fan of football as well, it is no new news that Prince William has always been a huge fan of Wales’ club Wrexham. The team already has some previous guests from royalty. After it scored the top spot with a promotion in the league, the future King of Britain, Prince William took to his Twitter account, Kensington Royal to applaud the team. He congratulated Wrexham on their win, stating how it has a rich history with the game. He thus looks forward to an even more exciting future in the football league.

Stars turn fans as Wrexham climbs up the ladder
Ant-Man actor Paul Rudd also watched as Wrexham beat Boreham Wood 3-1. Praises also came from BBC football presenter and former England striker Gary Lineker, and the likes of ex-Wrexham, Manchester United, and Wales player Mickey Thomas, and lifelong fan and rugby referee Nigel Owens.

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson said fans can enjoy a “big party” to come while people were all eyes on their Hollywood owners at the party. For the unversed Wrexham has made its space in the Football League once again next season after the crucial three points win. The win automatically promoted the Red Dragons from the National League to League Two, with a game to spare.
