Fans Will Not Have to Wait Longer for the Return of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as Marvel Shifts closer the ‘Deadpool 3’ Release Date

The Deadpool franchise starring Hollywood A-listers Ryan Reynolds as the snarky meta superhero has worked wonders, both critically and commercially. The first two Marvel movies, Deadpool and Deadpool 2, completely focused on making Ryan Reynolds’ superhero the centerpiece. However, the forthcoming hit has doubled the excitement with the addition of various familiar faces, with Hugh Jackman being one of them. Moreover, the lack of screen time had instigated Marvel’s fans to the edge of their seats as they all wonder how their favorite will step into the Marvel universe. Nonetheless, there’s good news for them all.

Taking to their official Twitter handle, Marvel Studios kicked a slew of release date changes up and down in the list. While it pushed a handful of Disney projects, it announced the expected delay on several highly anticipated Marvel projects. One among the latter was Deadpool 3, which began its production the previous month. As reported earlier, the movie came out on the 8th of November, 2024. However, to our delight, the latest changes have moved up to be released on the 4th of May 2024.

Having deprived the fans of any Deadpool content for years straight, the tiniest updates about the movie automatically create a stir amidst the dust. Eagle-eyed fans have realized their plan to Prepon this movie because Marvel knows that it’s the most anticipated comic book movie of 2024. The project was kick-started filming late last month, in the midst of the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike. The strike is certainly an influencing factor behind many of Disney’s latest shuffle in their film release schedule. 

Fans react to Deadpool moving up in the release charts

Over the years, the Franchise has garnered much love and affection from fans worldwide. The emergence of the anti-hero craze made Reynolds’ unique role the favorite Marvel Anti-hero of all time. Although its success came off as unexpected, the initial response to the character predicted his popularity. For the time being, the return of the star with another superhit character has undoubtedly made the fans impatient.

A glimpse of the celebrations shows how the good news had already hit the bar. The movie is set to frame two iconic superheroes, Reynolds Deadpool and Jackman’s Wolverine, of all time in a single frame. In fact, not just Wolverine, the movie is actually expected to make an X-Men reunion in its story.
