Emily Blunt Compares ‘Black Adam’ Dwayne Johnson to Cillian Murphy and Ryan Gosling in Surprising Ways

Most known for her role of Mary Poppins, who loves sipping tea, Blunt now takes to spilling tea about her co-stars in an interview with Josh Horowitz. When asked to list three similarities between The Rock and Cillian Murphy, first of all, she picks charisma. Lastly, she chooses the men’s flawless cheekbones. The second and most amusing of all was that both actors “love a drink.”
Dwayne Johnson, whom she worked with in the fantasy adventure Jungle Cruise, is the subject of a lot of her praise. She mentions how he and Ryan Gosling are both such great actors owing to their “curiosity” and ability to “listen.” But one aspect where the actress held back her praise for Ryan Gosling was when the topic of Barbie came up.
After all, the rivalry between her latest project and Barbie has been the talk of the town for months. It seems like the tensions not only divided cinema-goers but the cast behind both movies as well.

As the interview goes along, Blunt talks about her upcoming project with Ryan Gosling called The Fall Guy. And it is only fair that at that point the topic of Barbie comes up in which Gosling gave the performance of a lifetime. In a surprising turn of events, the Oppenheimer actress reveals how all the actors, including herself, are “loving” the tussle between the movies.
Referring to the struggle for power between the two flicks, Blunt confesses how she is enjoying all the drama surrounding both films. She urges fans to see both films but adds with her signature mischievous smile that they should see Oppenheimer first.
