The Marvel Cinematic Universe is gearing up for its next big crossover extravaganza after Spiderman: No Way Home with a story worth remembering for ages. Deadpool 3, Marvel’s upcoming flick, brings together Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds in a remarkable answer to years of fans’ prayers. With the already massive expectations on it, the flick may surpass them all thanks to its ever-burgeoning and star-studded cast, especially the latest canine addition that loves to let it “all hang out“.

Taking to continued promotion and teasing of the movie, the latest preview of one of the movie’s most adorable characters is now afloat.

Dogpool is back and is ever more cuter to look at

The first-ever R-rated MCU flick already shot a ball out of the park with a comic-accurate glimpse of Deadpool and Wolverine. The anticipated flick was halted midway owing to the SAG-AFTRA strikes but resumed promotions nearly a week ago as the restrictions waned. A few days before, Ryan Reynolds had announced Dogpool as the latest character to join the shared universe. Now, the official account for the adorable French bulldog has teased another snap of her basking in the sun dressed in Deadpool colors.

Captioned cheekily, “Just letting it all hang out,” the post garnered adorable reactions from fans. The character is a comic-accurate iteration of the Merc With A Mouth. According to the comic lore, Dogpool is an alternate reality version of the Ryan Reynolds character. Named Wilson, the pooch is from Earth-103173. Experimented upon by Mascara X, Dogpool shares all regenerative abilities as any other Deadpool variant.

On the more important side of things, there are a lot of characters and concepts merging their way into the flick.

Deadpool 3 stands as a litmus test for Marvel Studios

Back in 2019, Marvel Studios delivered the biggest crossover anyone had ever seen with Avengers: Endgame. Ever since, the studio has failed to deliver on fan expectations as a majority of its subsequent box office releases underperformed. To test the fate of its Multiverse Saga, it has to deliver on the bar it set for itself with Deadpool 3. The outing opens the gate for the entry of the mutants into the MCU and if not handled carefully, would well be its doom.

Director Shawn Levy has already teased an enormous cast with several new faces in the tow. Additionally, fan-favorite characters such as Elizabeth Olsen’s The Scarlet Witch may also return. Furthermore, a possible appearance of the TVA and the movie setting up the stage for Avengers: Secret Wars, throws a lot of weight on its shoulders. It stands interesting to see if Levy can deliver.
