A day ago, Ryan Reynolds surprised his social media following with an ad for his gin company, Aviation American Gin. While his followers are used to seeing the star in ads for his business, films, and football team, this time, he was joined by none other than his former co-star, Amy Smart. It was a holiday ad that was called, Just Friendsgiving, poking fun at the actors’ Christmas film.

While it started well, the ad unfolded into a little bit of chaos once Smart realized that it was an ad for his alcohol company. Although the actors’ reactions and numerous cut calls had everyone laughing, it was a reunion that nobody had seen coming. Hopefully, it will not be the last time fans get to see the stars together. If not a sequel, maybe in a whole different film starring them, perhaps.
