Ahead of ‘Deadpool 3’, Hugh Jackman Calls for a Day Off From Wolverine Heavy-lifting
Deadpool 3 has kick-started its hype with the dawn of this year. As a summer release awaits the Merc-with-a-Mouth’s debut in the MCU, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have started their superhero inroads. While the Canadian actor has remained busy with Wrexham AFC’s documentary winning Emmys, his Australian co-star has earned his way toward a day off. Hard at work for the past several weeks, the Wolverine actor not only showcased the latest look at his self-proceedings but also earned fans’ praise.
Reminiscent of the early days of the actor’s foray as the clawed mutant, the shared clip echoed a testimony to his agelessness.

2000’s X-Men marked the debut of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. An effortless essaying of the role forever linked him to the character and took him on a journey of playing it for 17 more years until 2017’s Logan. Now, marking his return to helm it again for hopefully a few more years, the 55-year-old brought back all of those memories. Taking to his social media feeds, the actor shared a clip of himself lifting weights as veins peered through his biceps in true superhuman shape.
Grinning through each rep as Gary Glitter’s ‘Rock & Roll, Part 2’ played along, Jackman captioned it with a hashtag for “Becoming Wolverine Again”. Fans melted at the sheer sight of nostalgia even as the camera panned to highlight his classic and iconic Wolverine mutton chops. After working throughout the week, the actor called for a day off on Sunday, which fans agreed was indeed well-deserved.
In the meantime, a favorably exciting update for fans brewed in the offing even as a few unwanted mishaps surfaced.

A string of set photos made their way onto the web again after weeks of radio silence. The barrage of such may ultimately ruin the first-hand viewing experience if not combatted soon enough.
