A New Disney Update Assures Fan About the Ryan Reynolds Improv Concern in ‘Deadpool 3’
Fans have always well-received the improvisation of Ryan Reynolds in the Deadpool franchise. So naturally they were excited that the actor would bring something exciting this time too. Unfortunately, the chaos that started with the WGA strike stole his chance to show off his creative side. This news worried fans that they would not get to enjoy those sparks of mind-blowing humor this time since the drive isn’t coming to an end. But the new update shared by Disney has finally proved that the improv ban isn’t a major roadblock for the movie.
The hotly anticipated threequel is set to return to its fandom with some major superheroes this time, including Hugh Jackman who has been training hard for his iconic role of Wolverine. While the movie certainly worth looking forward to, there was a seemingly major roadblack brought forth by the Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) strike: Ryan Reynolds, with his writing credit in the previous movies, wouldn’t be allowed to change his lines according to the strike rules. However, there seems to be an easy fix.
The credit for this solution goes to the comic book co-creator, Rob Liefeld. According to Screenrant, the American writer pointed out that the character mostly remains under his mask. So the creators can make further changes when the production ends.

It is easy for them, considering the franchise uses the Additional Dialog Replacement process to make changes. This way, our beloved superstar will be able to add his trademark humor after shooting.
After finding this solution, creators also decided to bring the release date closer so fans can enjoy the movie earlier. Now the film will premiere in theaters on May 3, 2024, instead of November 8, 2024.
However, with this good news has also come bad news that might dishearten many fans.
