In a recent video, Apple announced with the help of Kim Kardashian the news of the rapper’s second Super Bowl appearance. The thought of it has fans stoked and hopeful of a gallant show. Moreover, the event, with a peak turnover of over 200 million, shall sway Usher’s way as his tunes are set to enthrall. Meanwhile, the other performers are yet to be disclosed. Regardless, the rapper’s presence has lifted hopes up significantly.

In an official statement, Usher stated that a Super Bowl performance was “an honor of a lifetime.” The singer who had his breakthrough in the early 90s has left an inedible mark on hip-hop and rap music. Further, he has also had an impact on many of today’s icons, such as Kanye West. A Grammy and a Billboard Top Artist, Usher’s 2004 album ‘Confessions’, found itself as the top hit of the year.

The Apple video announcement had Kim Kardashian break the news to a busy Usher. Amidst the tune of his ‘Confessions Part II’ in the background, the news left the rapper in disbelief. Additionally, Jay-Z is also a part of it with his company and reciprocated his support for Usher as well. Finally, the statement also states that viewers should be ready for “a historic performance on music’s biggest stage.”
