Fate: The Winx Saga arrived a few weeks ago and was one of the most-watched series on Netflix in the first month of 2021. Fans are already looking forward to the second season. The ‘new arrivals’ at the end of the first season, made us, viewers, have many questions left on our minds.

The Winx series first aired as an animation in 2004. Fate: The Winx Saga has been eagerly awaited by viewers since the day it was first announced. However, Netflix hasn’t made a decision yet on the future of Fate: The Winx Saga. We are sure of another season of this series! Here is everything we know so far about season 2.

Netflix’s official synopsis for the series reads; “Fate: The Winx Saga follows the coming-of-age journey of five fairies attending Alfea, a magical boarding school in the Otherworld where they must learn to master their enchanting powers while navigating love, rivalries, and the monsters that threaten their very existence.”

The official Netflix renewal status is pending but rumors around say that the second season will surely be renewed. The series impact on Netflix gives a clue that it will come back with a second season. Since Christmas, the TV series Bridgerton was firmly at the top on Netflix around the world. With the release of Fate: The Winx Saga, Bridgerton gave the seat away!

The cast members are in the same characteristic details as they were in the Original Winx Series. Fans have had questions about Flora the fairy not being in the new tv series. Instead of Flora, her cousin, Terra who is an earth fairy has her place.

Abigail Cowen known as Bloom is a 16-year-old fire fairy who was raised on Earth by human parents Hannah van der Westhuysen as Stella is a light fairy and the princess of the town Solaria. She has some problems with Bloom at first but then, makes herself loveable to her friends. Precious Mustapha as Aisha, is an athletic water fairy. She is Bloom’s roommate and is the kind of person who doesn’t like being in trouble.

Elisha Applebaum as Musa is a mind fairy who feels other people’s emotions. She gets sick of reading her friend’s minds. Because of her powers, she tries to put emotional distance between herself and others. Danny Griffin known as Sky is Stella’s ex-boyfriend and the son of the late Andreas of Eraklyon, who is regarded as Alfea’s hero. There are many more cast members who have a great appearance in the series but, let us not tell you all and keep it a secret!

As we have said, there isn’t any official news about the series being renewed so, there aren’t any official cast lists, synopsis, or a trailer. To make predictions on behalf of the first season, the second season can start with Sky’s father and the other principals known to be in charge of taking over the school. We also are curious about the friendships between the fairies after what had happened!

Filming for the series first season took place in September 2019, before ending after a few months on December 13th, 2019. It then took thirteen months before the series made its debut. So, we don’t want to get your hopes up about season 2. Be sure to follow us for more information!
