Despite Golden Globe Snub Ryan Reynolds Praises ‘Maestro’ Beyond Words
Ryan Reynolds takes to his social media to promote his projects or even celebrate special occasions with his friends and family. While it has been normal to see the star give his fans some of his favorite recommendations, the actor recently ended up pushing Bradley Cooper’s Maestro instead. The film had done extremely well, but it was unfortunately snubbed by this year’s Golden Globes.
Although the awards show had chosen to go another route, the Deadpool 3 star ended up shining light on the stunning biographical film.

Hollywood had come to a stop because of the SAG-AFTRA strike in 2023. While it ended close to the end of the year, it left the world with only a handful of movies. One of them was Bradley Cooper’s Maestro. Although it had received backlash right since the beginning, the film proved to be excellent. So much so that even Ryan Reynolds seemed to love it. In a story on his Instagram, the actor ended up praising the project.
While he had shared a video from Netflix, he added his caption to it. It read, “One of the most beautiful films I’ve ever seen.” With a compliment like that, there is no doubt that the 47-year-old did not appreciate the snub from the Golden Globes. Although the film and its cast had been nominated for 3 awards that night, they unfortunately did not end up winning any.
Reynolds may have tried his best to give Maestro the recognition it deserved. It came shortly after the star had won his own award for Welcome to Wrexham.

Just a day ago, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s documentary, Welcome to Wrexham ended up winning not 1 but 5 Emmys. While it may have come as a surprise initially, the actor ended up taking to social media to share a thank you speech for the awards. However, he ended up stealing the show in a Deadpool mask as he welcomed the awards to his football team.
A few hours after that, Reynolds gave the world a behind-the-scenes look at his complete outfit from the video. From his mask to his shoes and even his suit, he seemed to be dressed to the nines. However, it ended up being a rather cute snap of him and his Instagram boyfriend, Blake Lively.
