Season 2 by Chris Van Dusen & ShondaLand, starring Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley, Shelley Conn, Charithra Chandran, and almost all the old characters of Season 1. Only Rege Jean-Page will not join other casts in the sequel season. After plenty of footage and the teaser of the new season, we can guess the new season will highlight a love triangle between Kate, Edwina, and Anthony. What Bridgerton season 2 is about?

As inspired by the novels of Julia Quinn, the new season will explore Anthony’s journey to find a wife. To carry forward his family name, he must find a wife as soon as possible. But it seems impossible to find a suitable debutant for Anthony until he met Edwina Sharma and Kate Sharma. When Anthony begins courting Edwina, Kate’s younger sister, she suspects him and finds out his true motive. But little did they know their verbal sparring will bring them closer.

On the other hand, Lady Whistledown aka Penelope continued her writing and brought new columns for society, while keeping her deepest secret from the people.

Is there a trailer for Bridgerton season 2?

On March 9th, 2022, Netflix has released the official trailer of season 2. The trailer begins with Lady Whistledown writing her column which says, “Dearest readers, it has been said that competitions an opportunity for us to rise before our greatest of challenges.” Lady Violet announces in the ballroom that Viscount is ready to take a wife. On the other occasion, Lady Danbury introduces Kate Sharma and Edwina Sharma to the Queen and also in the society.
