Taking to his Instagram story, Stefan Kapičić who plays Colossus, has confirmed that the movie has officially begun its production on May 23, as reported by The Direct. Kapičić confirmed this by sharing a post from an MCU fan page to this story and putting the ‘confirmed’ sticker over the same.
This news definitely goes well with a post shared by Hugh Jackman, where he was donning his Wolverine beard. Deadpool 3 went into pre-production back in February of this year. Ever since then, there has been news all over who is going to join the cast of Marvel’s first R-rated movie.
Who all are joining the cast and what can fans expect from the threequel?
Disney getting the rights to Deadpool from Fox has allowed the MCU to expand its Multiverse saga to the chimichanga-loving anti-hero’s universe. The studio has officially confirmed the inclusion of Wolverine, Blind Al, and Dopinder in the upcoming threequel alongside the red-suit hero. If this was not enough, the power couple, Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Yukio, will also be joining the cast. Also, there are high chances for Henry Cavill to join the cast as Dr. Doom, ahead of the movie’s working title, Tidal Wave.
