Netflix is keen to tell its audience that it’s high time we invest in the well-being of Earth. And the first step is to educate the viewers about the surrounding nature. So, a docu-series, Our Great National Parks is already up on Netflix from April 13th, 2022, with five episodes. It explores the world’s most breathtaking national parks and the wildlife that lives there. This show will give us an insight into visits to the wilderness, and how our changing lifestyle is affecting the wild. Did we mention that a special guest will narrate the show? Can you guess? Former President of the United States, Barack Obama will narrate the entire show and also highlight that the wonders of the earth deserve to be preserved.
We can pretend the show is a love letter to all the human beings out there, from all the flora and fauna belonging to the great National Parks. - Loango National Park: This park is on the Atlantic coast of Gabon in Central Africa. It has beaches, forests, savannas, and wetlands, and is known as the land of surfing hippos.
- Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park: This park is in the Melaky Region of northwest Madagascar. This park shares the home with the rock iguana.
- Yakushima National Park: This park is on the Kyushu island in Japan. This park shares a home with mountains and the Japanese macaque.
- Yellowstone National Park: This park is located in Wyoming in the United States. And is very popular for its huge number of the bison population.
- Manuel Antonio National Park: This one is located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and is famous for its three-fingered sloth.
