Pedretti said to Glamour, “I don’t think that killing people in any context is warranted. I believe in the preservation of life beyond all else. That’s me, but that’s not her. I think she sees that as a necessary action in order to protect her man and her child. When you’re a mother, you do whatever it takes for your children. Her child could presumably have a nice life without their psychopath father. [But] she was motivated by love and these expectations she has for the family she wants.”
Saffron Burrows as Dottie Quinn
After losing her only son, Forty, Love’s mother is fully focused on Joe and Love’s son Henry. She thinks of Henry as some kind of reincarnation. Burrows is introduced in season 2 of You. Burrows has been known for roles in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Legal, Law, and Order: Criminal Intent, Reign Over Me, and Troy.
Michaela McManus as Natalie Engler and Scott Speedman as Matthew Engler
Michaela McManus played the role of Natalie, who is Joe’s recent obsession. Scott Speedman played the role of Matthew, who is Natalie’s husband, a wealthy businessperson, and a father.
