YEEZY SELLS! Adidas Moves Ahead to Sell Kanye West’s Yeezys, but With a Huge Difference in the Design

Adidas seems to be moving on from Kanye West. Ye become one of the most
successful non-sport collaborators with a sports brand back then. His name
managed to make people stand in a queue to buy his Yeezy shoes. Together, both
Ye and Adidas managed to earn millions throughout their decade-long business
partnership.



While Ye has always been a controversial figure, people appreciated his
practicing freedom of speech. But he soon started attacking the company’s
employees, even attacking them for stealing ideas. Even that was forgiven to a
point, but the meltdown began when the Gold Digger artist went on a social media
rant. Now that they have separated, the sports brand is set to launch their own
Yeezy shoes but without Ye.


HOW ADIDAS PLANS TO CONTINUE SELLING YEEZY SHOES WITHOUT KANYE WEST

While Kanye West is known for his music, the artist made the majority of his

SPLY-350 is a trademark application that the company filed back in 2016 for the
Yeezy name. Buyers can expect the same neutral-toned color and aesthetic of Ye’s
original idea but under the label SPLY-350. The Adidas 350 V2 Granite design is
expected to be priced at $230 USD. Back when the partnership was still intact,
Ye would earn as much as $220 million annually. While the brand did try to
continue their relations through discussion, it became impossible after Ye’s
anti-Semitic comment
