Russian Doll is a rather awkward sci-fi, in which the lead character, played by Natasha Lyonne, is in a time-loop, reliving the same day over and over. The first season of this series was enjoyed by a huge amount of viewers, leaving them with questions as to when the series will go on with a second season.

She dies again and again on the same day, and she attempts to learn what’s going on with her life in Russian Doll. We do not have an official announcement concerning the release date of the second season of the popular Netflix sitcom Russian Doll, therefore it is impossible to give a certain date. We have some clues which can help us guess whether the new season of Russian Doll is going to be on Netflix this year, though. 

It has been reported that the production process for Russian Doll season 2 started in March 2021. Based on that, we can say the new season is not likely to be released this year, leaving us with a possible early-mid 2022 release date.
