Will ‘Lucifer’ Star Cast in Constantine Reboot Series?

Constantine film now officially announces for a reboot! Based on the Hellblazer from DC Comics Constantine, is a popular film from 2005. When is the Constantine reboot series release date? Will Lucifer Star Cast in Constantine Reboot Series?

Constantine which is having a reboot series on HBO Max will be starring the DC character, John Constantine. Constantine can communicate with everyone even half-angels and half-demons when they are in their true angel/demon form. Lucifer fans have been wondering whether the cast will star in the new reboot series or not.

John Constantine was born with the powers of seeing angels and demons. When he was little, he couldn’t understand what he was seeing. He had enough of this life and wanted to leave this cruel world by killing himself. Unfortunately for John, he doesn’t die and now must move on for his act. John has extraordinary powers and becomes a guardian on earth. Whenever a demon breaks the rules, John punishes them and sends them back to Hell. The police know John for working in the supernatural field of the occult, and Los Angeles police detective Angela Dodson wants his help in her investigation.

We can easily say that the series is a supernatural, exorcist, and also a demonologist series with many horror-type scenes and mysteries. Here is a trailer of the original 2005 movie of Constantine!

The official release date hasn’t been announced yet. But the pandemic again strikes the filming process. Constantine reboot is hoped to release towards the end of 2022. We hope any further delays of the production don’t occur. We will inform you when the official release date is announced.

In the original NBC series released back in 2005, Matt Ryan starred in the lead role. The character is now predicted to have a connection with Lucifer. There has been a Lucifer and Constantine crossover in the past, and fans are hoping for the Lucifer star to have an appearance in the reboot. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been an official announcement about Tom Ellis joining the cast yet. We hope for HBO Max and the producers to make an announcement regarding Lucifer starring in the Constantine reboot! Also, J.J. Abrams is the producer for this upcoming series.

Matt Ryan‘s Constantine and Tom Ellis‘ Lucifer have a better chance of being reunited in the Lucifer seasons. In an interview Tom Ellis gave to Entertainment Tonight back in 2020, he teased Constantine’s appearance in Lucifer and said: “He, Lucifer, is very irreverent with our characters when they turn up in the scene and obviously, with Constantine, there is some history there. There’s a begrudging sort of admiration amongst the two of them, I think.”

So, we guess the only thing to do here is to wait for the reboot and the cast listing announcement. Until then, keep your hopes high and we may see Lucifer in Constantine!
