Will Dexter: New Blood come to Netflix? Are we going to watch the long-awaited new season of the hit TV series?
Dexter is one of the best crime drama show that we have seen in the past. It started its original run Showtime and aired from 2006 to 2013. The plot of the beloved TV show follows Dexter Morgan, who is a forensic technician by the day and a serial killer by the night. The TV series is actually based on the 2004 novel of Jeff Lindsay, Darkly Dreaming Dexter.
The show stars Michael C. Hall, Julie Benz, Erik King, Jennifer Carpenter, Lauren Velez, and many other talented actors and actresses. With a total of 8 seasons spanning 96 episodes, Dexter has become a global sensation around the world.

Moreover, we also know that the series will be followed by a limited series called Dexter: New Blood. The announcement was made back in October 2020 and now the new show is right at the door. So the Dexter fans who are also Netflix subscribers are asking whether Dexter: New Blood will be on the streaming service or not. Let’s dive in and tell us what we know so far about the new limited series.
The release date of Dexter: New Blood is November 7th, 2021. The TV series will not be on Netflix though. That’s because the episodes will be aired on Showtime on a weekly basis.
With that said, the main show does not have any episodes on Netflix as well. So it is only natural for the new one to be on SHOWTIME. On the other hand, we never know what will happen in the future. Maybe we might actually get to watch our lovely serial killer on Netflix.

Yes. A sneak peek trailer video dropped back on July 25, 2021. The minute-long teaser video shows us a glimpse of Dexter’s new life. He is old and he is trying to blend in with the others. Yet again, Dark Passenger is always waiting in the darkness and you can not escape from your past.
