August 2021 is a stacked month for Netflix, just like every time. However, there are also many series that will not come to the platform in the month. Fans won’t get to see the release of many beloved new installments.

Many Netflix subscribers are waiting eagerly for the new seasons of popular series. The library is full of quality content that has a lot of viewers, after all. Every month is a new opportunity for the fans to see their favorite series release a new season. To our disappointment, we don’t get to see big releases every month. Here are some of the popular series that will not come to Netflix in August 2021.

We’ve been waiting for it for quite a long time, right? I feel you. Fortunately, the fourth season of Stranger Things is very close to finishing the filming process. We also got a new teaser trailer today.

The crew officially announced a 2022 release for Stranger Things season 4. According to our projection, you should be able to watch the new season roughly around April-May 2022. Who knows, we might even get the new season in February if they hurry up with the post-production.

Lucifer‘s next and the last season is not coming this month, too. However, we finally have a release date for it. Lucifer season 6 will come to Netflix on September 10th, 2021.

We’ve been waiting for the next season of The Umbrella Academy since Summer 2020, but it’s still distant. Fortunately, we now know that the production is almost a wrap.

We expect Bridgerton‘s new season to be released around Summer 2022. Note that the series is already renewed for seasons 3 and 4.
