Lucifer, the famous and very much watched series is on track with its season 5 part 2. The question is when is the release date of the new part. Fans of this entertaining Netflix series are still waiting for part 2 of season 5 to drop.

Because of some rumors, fans were waiting for part 2 to air in February 2021, but it didn’t. Having said,  there might be some good news. For those ready to dive back into the devil’s dealings in the City of Angels, there might be some good news on the clock.

Lucifer is developed by Tom Kapinos. It’s an American urban fantasy television series that premiered on Fox first on January 25, 2016. It is based on the DC Comics character from the comic book series The Sandman. It is created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth, and Mike Dringenberg, who later became the protagonist of a spin-off comic book series, both published by DC Comics’ Vertigo imprint. This series is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television, DC Entertainment, and Warner Bros. Television.

Netflix shares the synopsis: 

“Bored with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, where he opens a nightclub and forms a connection with a homicide detective.”

Although it still looks like we’ll probably get season 5 part 2 in 2021 after all, the release date has yet to be announced.

There is a good chance to expect Lucifer to premiere during the spring of 2021. There are rumors about it releasing in April 2021. We will keep you posted!
