When is ‘Riverdale’ Season 6 Release Date?
As we have mentioned about the tv series Riverdale on another news with its season 5 releasing, it’s now time to mention the upcoming new season 6. Season 6 is yet to come!
Season 6 of Riverdale has just been announced to be renewed. Before the news of seasons 5 and season 6, the season 4 finale was thought to be the finale of the series. But look what’s happening! Fans will now see their favorite characters walk across at the Riverdale high graduation.
Riverdale is a very small town where everything seems to be fine. Everyone who sees the town from the outside wants to live in this town and thinks that this town is very peaceful. But in it, strange events occur which some people can’t see. Jason, a high school student who lives and goes to school in Riverdale, drowns in the river that he entered to cool off. Despite all the searches, Jason’s body couldn’t be found. This drowning incident was followed by the unavailability of the body. The mystery leaves the butcher’s people odd and surprised.

Since the news is very new, we know that Riverdale season 5 will air throughout the spring and summer of 2021. There is a renewal of the season, but the production and the release date kind of depends on how season 5 goes. If there wasn’t a pandemic, production on the previous season would end in the spring, and this way the cast would have a break for a while before starting to film the new season in July. But now production and the seasons are following each other in a short amount of time.
The production was delayed in 2020, so that delayed the Riverdale season 5 premiere date until now. For now, Riverdale season 6 is expected to have its premiere on The CW (and on Netflix abroad) in October or November 2021. It’ll likely be on Netflix US in the spring of 2022. Depending on this, there isn’t a trailer yet for us to show you.
