When is ‘Lupin’ Season 2 Coming to Netflix?
One of Netflix’s original French series “Lupin” had become the latest international hit at the beginning of 2021 in January, and now the news for the second season is already here!
Lupin had become the biggest series to ever set to garner 70,000,000 streams within its first month. The series also had itself set to number 1 in Netflix‘s top 10 in more than 10 countries. The series is inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin and is about a thief that’s looking to retaliate against his father. Fans of lupin can be in shock hearing this news of season 2 because the first season just arrived on January 8, 2021.

The current date of ‘Lupin’ season 2 is estimated to arrive in the Summer of 2021.
Netflix officially confirmed on Twitter on January 28th that the next batch of 5 episodes will be on Netflix at some point in the summer of 2021.

“Assane Diop and his father Babakar move from Senegal to Paris, where Babakar has a job working for a wealthy family as their chauffeur and butler. When Babakar is accused of stealing a priceless necklace that was once owned by Marie Antoinette from the family safe, he’s thrown in prison, where soon after, he dies, leaving Assane, 14, an orphan. Years later, Assane inspired by the stories of fictional thief Arsène Lupin in the novels by French author Maurice Leblanc, has turned into a thief.

Marie Antoinette’s necklace has been found returned to the family, who is now selling it at an auction hosted by the Louvre. Assane comes up with an elaborate scheme to steal it by posing as a janitor at the museum with the intent of somehow clearing his father’s name. He enlists three loan sharks, to whom he owes money, to help him.”
