Who doesn’t love a great thrilling action drama? Especially if you want to watch something unbelievably epic action and enjoy your weekend, we suggest you go to Indian Tollywood movies. We assure you it won’t be a dull evening. Fortunately for you, Netflix recently started streaming one such movie, RRR. This movie is greatly loved by people in India. Here are five reasons you should definitely watch this movie.
The plot of the movie is engaging
The story opens in Adilabad, where a tribal girl is singing and painting a tattoo on a British elite woman. This lady forcefully takes that girl and her mother tries to save her child. But a British officer kills her. Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) is the tribe’s leader. He goes after these people to find this little girl.
Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) is one of the police officers working for the Britishers. He is working hard for the promotion and he finds a great opportunity. The British office in Delhi gets to know that someone is looking for that young girl. They are afraid and launch a search mission. Raju takes it into his hands to find the man and earn his reward: that promotion.
Eventually, Raju and Komaram are face-to-face with each other. Unexpectedly, these two rivals become friends and they fight against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad.
Its action and cinematography
One thing that we extremely admire in any Tollywood movie is its action. The South Indian action is very much thrilling and it can make you feel as if you are a part of that scene. The men fight with all their energy, and it is so intense. The imagination of the creator of the movie is commendable. It has taken the movie to another level. And RRR doesn’t prove it wrong. It is full of action and heat.
Although this movie could’ve easily been shorter, but that’s the beauty of it. You can never, ever get enough of Tollywood actors in action. The cinematography is outstanding. The detailing that is captured in the movie makes it more compelling.
The girl singing in the opening scene, aS she looks at the birth, Raju making his way through a huge mob, Bheem roaring in the face of a tiger; a physics-defying stunt that involved both men riding a horse and motorcycle, capturing those microexpressions of the British officers, are some of the things that make the movie more exciting.
It is already a blockbuster!
The fan following of the stars of the movie is very high. Moreover, the movie has highly fictionalized the two real-life revolutionaries. Thus, RRR broke the records at the box office.
The collection of ₹240 crores (US$31 million) worldwide on its first day broke the records for the highest opening day collection. The film collected over ₹1,200 crores (US$160 million) worldwide and broke so many records.
Now, RRR is trending in the top 10 movies on Netflix as well. How can you miss this one?
