The Walking Dead final season will arrive next year as we all know. For the final season, filming has started a while ago and we all wait for the news about the final seasons to come out in 2021. After all, a beloved actor from The Walking Dead reveals huge hints for the upcoming final season.
Season 11 filming just started earlier this week in Georgia. It was originally planned for a year ago but delayed. And now, the news has started coming up too with the start of the filming. One of them is about a man who made an appearance as an unnamed Hilltop guard six years later the disappearance of Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes in season 9. The Walking Dead‘s beloved actor C. Thomas Howell seems to be coming back to show again. Howell has revealed his return while filming TWD for the final season. A fansite posted a video of Howell posted on Twitter:
“Gotta leave tomorrow and go to work. Time to go and stomp out a few zombies.”

Howell’s character had approached Michonne and Siddiq in his previous cameo in order to alert them about an injured Rosita’s whereabouts. C. Thomas Howell also shared a few photos from the set.
News about the upcoming season and release of The Walking Dead
On the other hand, the bonus episodes of The Walking Dead Season 10‘s production had to remain suspended over 7 months on the set in Georgia before they were shot in October. So they were delayed because of the ongoing pandemic, just like most of the productions.
Writer-producer of the series, Kevin Deiboldt also tweeted on February 8 and confirmed some news:
“Kudos to our crew and cast (ass-kickers, the lot of ‘em!) on the long-awaited start of filming for S11, a full (effed up) year in the works, we truly hope it’s worth the wait.”
So, new bonus episodes of The Walking Dead are almost here after all this time. They will air at the end of this month and round off the previous season finally. And the eleventh and final season of the show will then arrive next year.
