The Irregulars trailer shows Netflix’s new Sherlock Holmes universe

Netflix shared the official trailer for its new original series The Irregulars, which is a sci-fi series in the universe of Sherlock Holmes.

Sherlock Holmes universe is expanding with this new bizarre kind of production. The Irregulars is a science fiction series that will focus on some exceptional youngsters, Dr. John Watson, and his friend Sherlock Holmes. It is nice to see sci-fi and Sherlock Holmes combined. For this upcoming series fans, expectations for The Irregulars seem high. 

“Meet The Irregulars: Bea, Jessie, Billy, Spike, and Leo. Join this ragtag gang as they uncover the demonic and mysterious depths of Victorian London alongside the sinister Dr. Watson and his enigmatic business partner, Sherlock Holmes.”, Netflix says about its new original production.

Henry Lloyd-Hughes will be playing Sherlock Holmes, while his friend Watson will be portrayed by Royce Pierreson in this series. Clarke Peters will play Linen Man and Olivia Grant will play Patricia Coleman-Jones. An important character in Sherlock Holmes’ universe, Inspector Lestrade will be played by Aidan McArdle.

The leader of the gang, Bea will be played by Thaddea Graham, who has a crucial role in the series. Darci Shaw will be portraying Bea’s little sister, Jessie, while Jojo Macari will act as Billy.

When is the release date of ‘The Irregulars’ series?

The series will be released only on Netflix on March 26th, 2021.

The teaser trailer for The Irregulars was published back in February, teasing what the series was about, giving fans a little taste of it. Now that the trailer is out, we know what to expect from The Irregulars better. Let’s see what awaits us when the series’ first season is released. You can watch the first full trailer below.
