Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has recently appeared in an interview with Elle. She talked about both on and off-work topics. She talked about both her personal and career life. Let’s check out what she had to say about Stranger Things season 4, her personal style, and how she deals with unfounded rumors.

“Yes! Okay, I’m filming Stranger Things – we’re in the middle of shooting right now, and so right now, I’m in Georgia. It’s so lovely here… I have a car and a driver’s license now, which is wonderful.”

Then comes her dog Winnie, who interrupts the interview to make her talk about it:

“And and that is my dog, who is here, too. Winnie. Winnie, I’ve got things to do, places to be. You can’t come with me right now. Sorry! My dog is the best, but she doesn’t always “get” that I’m at work. Anyway.”

“Well, it’s an interesting question, because this particular year, my style was put on pause because of quarantine, you know? I was wearing pajamas every day. Now I’m very into high-waisted jeans, crop tops, and a cool jacket and Air Force 1s. I also have chunky black boots that I wear absolutely everywhere. I’m really going for that trendy look now because I didn’t get to do it for so long! And I think also that nails and nail art are so in right now. Getting cool nail designs are so in.”

Even though she loves cool nail designs, she is not allowed to wear them on set. This makes her sad, and here’s what she had to say about it.

“Ohhhh, it’s so depressing. Because I love love love getting my nails done; it’s one of my favorite things to do. I personally feel like that’s my time to find cool things and join in on the beauty trends.”

Mentioning her love for cool nails, she also revealed the depressing prohibition while filming.

“But yeah, while filming, I can’t have any nails at all. Most of my characters don’t. Godzilla vs. Kong, I had army green nails for that, which was nice. But today, I have a mint green tip, which is really exciting—except I have to take it off when we start filming! So sad!”

“You can’t pay attention to every single rumor about you, whether it’s on the internet or in real life, because then you end up living your life for other people’s opinions, and not for yourself… And I’ve been so blessed to be surrounded by such inspirational girls. I meet the coolest fans in Brazil, Australia, Indonesia, you name it… They inspire me to be true to myself, and that’s all I can do.”

After saying it should not affect herself too much, she revealed her red line:

“But when I feel like there’s some bad out there, I’ll say something for sure.”
