‘Stranger Things’ Star Millie Bobby Brown Adds Another Feather to Her Hat, as She Is Named the Brand Ambassador of Louis Vuitton

Avid fans of Stranger Things and the luxury brand could see the collaboration happening from a mile away. There were signs that this would happen someday ever since the cast visited designer Nicolas Ghesquière’s store back in 2016. Additionally, in 2018 the designer featured a design flaunting the Stranger Things poster at the 2018 spring runway collection for Louis Vuitton. Six years later everything has fallen into pieces and the French brand has announced Millie Bobby Brown as the brand ambassador.

Millie Bobby Brown makes her debut in an eyewear campaign for the French luxury brand

The actress made her debut this year in an eyewear campaign for the brand. Apart from her, supermodel, Karlie Kloss and music artist, Lous, and the Yakuza are also going to feature in the eyewear campaign. Photographer Steven Meisel clicked the star sporting the My Monogram sunglasses in the classic LV moon-style square-shaped frames. Joe McKenna worked on the styling aspect. While Jimmy Paul did her hair and Pat McGrath was behind the makeup brush. The French brand debuted the campaign online on Tuesday.

I met Nicolas Ghesquière six years ago and have been a fan of his work with Louis Vuitton ever since. Today, I am proud and honored to be joining the Louis Vuitton family. Truly a pinch me, full-circle moment,” said Millie Bobby Brown.

The actress and her many campaigns

This isn’t the actress’s first time featuring in a big brand’s campaign. She has quite the experience having worked for Calvin Klein, Samsung, Pandora, and Moncler. IMG models currently manage the actress. The young star also has her own makeup brand, Florence by Mills.

The 18-year-old has become a household name after she starred in Duffer Brothers’ sci-fi series, Stranger Things. She portrayed the less spoken Eleven on the show with some really cool powers. After quickly becoming a fan favorite, she got two Emmy nominations for the drama. Sooner than later she bagged the Screen Actors Guild Award in 2017. The recently released trailer and posters tease a darker trajectory for her character on the show. Season 4 of the much-anticipated sci-fi series drops on May 27th.
