Stranger Things season 4, which has been waited for a long time by the fans, will not be on the platform this April, according to Netflix.

Stranger Things is a sci-fi series that has a huge fanbase, who are waiting for the next season of it. The production process has been affected by the pandemic too much, and we now have to wait for more for the next season of Stranger Things, while we could be watching it right now but for the situation of the world right now.

The next season of Stranger Things was planned to be released in early 2021, but as we said, it was one of the productions that the pandemic affected the most. Stranger Things season 4 is supposed to be delayed like eight months as a result of the pandemic.

Not that we had even a remote hope that the fourth season of Stranger Things would be released this April, but still, it is confirmed that the season won’t be added to Netflix in the next month. Announcing the productions that were planned to release in April, Netflix did not include Stranger Things season 4 in that list, as expected.

We still do not know the exact release date of Stranger Things season 4, nor do we have much information concerning it. As the production process is kind of a mess right now, and nothing is certain, the crew is naturally hesitant to give more information about the new season. We expect and hope that the new season will have been released on Netflix by the end of 2021.

Not just us, a newcomer in the cast of Stranger Things also talked about that. Sherman Augustus earlier said he’s “pretty sure” that the release date is in this year. He hopes that the production will wrap up this August.

Fingers crossed. While hoping that production will be over this summer and we’ll be able to watch the next season by the end of this year, we are waiting for a new official update on the status. We’ll see what will happen together.
