Stranger Things Season 4 Teaser Gives Fans A Number To Call
So, a new Stranger Things teaser for season 4 has come out lately! And right after, it seems, the most anticipated series also revealed its fans a phone number to call just like it did earlier in season 3. As we are all waiting, it’s a good thing that they are keeping us busy but also thrilled with their goodies.
So, if you may remember, Stranger Things had done something similar after season 3 aired in past. They left a clue for fans to follow and reach out to Murray Bauman’s voicemail message that he left on Joyce’s answering machine saying to call him back. Does it ring a bell? And this new teaser for Stranger Thing season 4 seems to be in just like the same position.
Stranger Things has sent brown packages to a fan account of its, it’s been said. In the package, there were Russian dolls which include a phone number written inside them. Which is 907-206-7700.

So, what happens if you call that number? You hear the new Stranger Things season 4 character Yuri‘s voice. It seems this newcomer has somethings to say to us.
His character was first revealed on November 20th, 2020, through the show’s official social media accounts along with several other new characters. According to Netflix, he is a Russian smuggler who enjoys bad jokes, cold hard cash, and crunchy-style peanut butter. He will be portrayed by Nikola Djuricko on Stranger Things season 4.
“Hello, this is Yuri, of Yuri’s Fish and Fly. Would you like to book a trip with me? And, perhaps together, we soar the Arctic with the fish and the polar bears?

I’m sorry, are you speaking? I can not hear you because this is a pre-recorded message, you peanut brain. I got you. I got you good. I must be very busy now, perhaps with a customer. Perhaps with my beautiful Katinka. But I’m pleased to book a trip for you another time for a good, fair price. Much more fair price than (someone or something?) Just leave a number and I will call when less busy. Goodbye.”
Well, that has to be something. If we try to follow the clues, we can see the number area code of Yuri’s phone is from Anchorage, Alaska. Which is very close to Kamchatka, Russia where Hopper is currently a prisoner. So he is supposed to be there, right? But there is not much to follow, at least as far as I can see.
Considering all theories from Stranger Things fans, maybe Yuri can be Joyce and Muray’s solution to go Russia in order to save Hopper. Of course, they don’t know yet but once they find out, they will need a way to get into Russian prison somehow. One way or another, someone will help Hopper, so why wouldn’t it be Yuri? We already know that he is Russian anyways, so that must be something.
