The fans of the series can rest assured as the Star Trek: Discovery season 4 is currently in production. The franchise will continue telling stories and adventures in its new episodes. They announced season 4 back in October and started filming in November 2020.
<h4>Star Trek: Discovery season 4 release date</h4>
Normally we would make guess for the premiere of season 4. But considering the pandemic and its effects on productions; we can not say that there is an exact release date.
The actors of the series also stated on their social media accounts that the filming takes a bit longer. Although things are going well in the making of season 4, it might take some time before we see the new episodes of Star Trek: Discovery.

Although Netflix has not commented or made any announcements, we believe that Star Trek: Season 4 will probably land on Netflix in early 2022. We might even see the fourth season in the last months of 2021, though that is a bit optimistic.

After resolving lots of loose ends, season 4 will invite viewers to a journey with an eager team lead by Burnham. USS Discovery is in for a long adventure through the new frontiers of space.
