DreamWorks Animation production animation first season landed on Netflix on April 3rd, 2020. After the success of the computer-animated series, the streaming platform renewed for the second season. The series also based on the 2002 Oscar-nominated animated film, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Also, the movie and series were first released on Netflix on May 5, 2017. Now, season 2 coming in this Fall 2020.

There’s an official release date for the second season. Netflix will release Spirit Riding Free: Riding Academy season 2 on September 4th, 2020. According to Deadline, DreamWorks also working on a feature film for this title planning to release in 2021.

What’s the synopsis of this animation?

“Based on the Oscar-nominated film Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Spirit Riding Free story follows the heartfelt journey of a wild mustang who could not be tamed. A whole new generation will experience all the daring adventures when Spirit meets a girl named Lucky whose courage matches his own.
