Showrunner of Lucifer reacts sadly to season 6 last table read

The showrunner of the Lucifer series Joe Henderson and actress Lesley-Ann Brandt showed their emotions towards season 6 the last table read.
Lucifer has been a rather long-lasting show, given its turbulent production process in the past. The series is eminently popular though, making many people want more of it. It ran in Fox for three seasons but it was canceled later, sparking an outcry from the Lucifer fans that want the show back. Netflix heard that outcry and took up the series, making two more seasons. This was assumed to be the end as well, but the streaming service surprised people with a season 6 for Lucifer.

“Bored with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, where he opens a nightclub and forms a connection with a homicide detective.”

Lucifer season 6 last table read
Fans of the series are waiting for the second part of the fifth season, though production is nearly over in the sixth season. Lucifer’s showrunner Joe Henderson shared a photo on Twitter from their last table read, which is sentimentally very important for the crew. He commemorated their last table read with a sweet tweet.

The series was thought to be dead twice, but Lucifer went on and on. This is genuinely the last time though, beloved series is coming to an end after six seasons and almost five years. That’s actually what makes the last table read so emotional, as those people worked for years on this project.

However, it still looks like we’ll probably release season 5 part 2 in 2021 after all, the release date has yet to be announced. You can watch the trailer below!
