The world’s leading streaming service continues to extend its library with new shows, TV series, movies, and documentaries. Among them, there will be a new one called Sex/Life with its first season.

The upcoming TV series will follow a married woman who also has kids to get back to her ‘faster’ times. The series feels like a sexy and hotter version of a mid-life crisis. So it is probably going to be great for those who like to binge-watch.

Summer has come for the popular streaming platform. This means that we get to watch a truckload of brand new TV series and also new titles like Sex/Life. But what is the release date for the series?

Netflix has announced that the new project will arrive on June 25th, 2021. So we will watch the first season of the series in the last week of this month.

The series is about a married woman with kids and a lovely husband. As she starts to question her perfect life, she finds herself pursuing fragments of her past which are filled with sex, joy, and adrenaline. Instead of her current domestic lifestyle, she starts fantasizing about her desires including an ex-boyfriend, partying all night, and casual sex.

Sex/Life does include drama, cheating, intrigue, and many more. So it is probably going to be big. Though we mentioned what it is about. You can also have a look at the official synopsis:

The show has not aired on the platform yet. Though the streaming platform might have ordered two seasons at once like it used to. Although this is a possibility, Netflix tends to calculate the viewership counts before renewing a series. So we will probably wait and see the performance of the first season. If it manages to receive positive reception, we might see the second season faster than we thought.
