In Bridgerton season two, Simone Ashley’s character Kate Sharma is going to be the center of attraction. So while talking about the new season and how romance is portrayed in the historical hit show by Netflix, Simone says, “Romance is timeless.”

While further talking about her role and how romantic she is in real life. Simone says that she prefers the old-school romance to today’s fast-paced “love text” romance. Simone even goes on to say that she is a bug romantic and loves romantic gestures like love notes and love letters.

Now we do not have much evidence to either deny or confirm the fact that Simone is a romantic. As with many celebrities Simone too likes to keep her private life, especially regarding her relationships away from the media as much as possible. However, it seems like Simone right now is single and not dating anyone.

Who will Simone be playing in Bridgerton season 2?

Bridgerton season 2 will feature Simone Ashley in a historical romance based on Julia Quinn’s best-selling novel. According to sources, she is playing Kate Sharma, the main character.

Her character is a clever and independent young woman in the show. Kate isn’t deceived by anybody, not even Anthony.
