But one thing is as clear as day gamers love their games. So whenever a game is adapted into a movie or a tv series, all the gamers of the said game become instantly skeptical if the show will do justice to the original material. So when Netflix announced its take on Resident Evil, fans of the game started making assumptions.
And recently, when the first official teaser for the highly anticipated game turned into a tv show was released. All fans had their suggestion and queries for the show. Let us see what the die-hard gamers had to say about the Netflix version of Resident Evil.

Recently Netflix showed the world their own take on the highly popular, and the fans were baffled to see Wesker alive and well. For his constant backstabbing of partners, both good and evil, and his employment of numerous Umbrella viruses to become a superhuman menace, Albert Wesker is widely regarded as one of the finest villains in the Resident Evil series.
Wesker appears to have met his end in the games. With Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar successfully throwing Wesker into a volcano with a missile in Resident Evil 5.
While the Resident Evil genre is known for resurrecting characters from the grave, including Wesker. Resident Evil 5 producer Masachika Kawata confirmed that the villain was dead for good after the game.

So when fans saw Wesker in the teaser, they were confused. Their confusion intensified when show creators claimed that the series will remain loyal to the games.
But since then, many fans have come forward in defense of Netflix, saying that Wesker’s being alive is a great addition to the show.
