What’s New on Netflix: September 18th, 2020

New on Netflix September 18th originals series or movies coming this weekend for the subscribers. For Friday, there are 5 new titles, and all of the Netflix Originals added to the streaming service for September 18th, 2020. Also, Ratched (Season 1) coming this day.

We are mid-September right now. After this weekend, there is one weekend for the special Netflix series for this month. For this weekend, all new titles adds as a Netflix Originals. Our favorite for this weekend is Ratched. Because of this series Ryan Murphy‘s new project and reboot the nurse character from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975) movie. Ratched (Season 1) – Netflix Originals

Genre: Crime, Drama, Mystery

Synopsis: 

“This drama series that follows the origin story of asylum nurse Mildred Ratched. In 1947, Mildred arrives in Northern California to seek employment at a leading psychiatric hospital where new and unsettling experiments have begun on the human mind. On a clandestine mission, Mildred presents herself as the perfect image of what a dedicated nurse should be, but the wheels are always turning and as she begins to infiltrate the mental health care system and those within it, Mildred’s stylish exterior belies a growing darkness that has long been smoldering within, revealing that true monsters are made, not born.”

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous (Season 1) – Netflix Originals

Genre: Animation, Action, Adventure

Synopsis: 

“This animation series follows a group of six teenagers chosen for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar. But when dinosaurs wreak havoc across the island, the campers are stranded. Unable to reach the outside world, they’ll need to go from strangers to friends to family if they’re going to survive. Scott Kreamer (Pinky Malinky) and Lane Lueras serve as showrunners and executive producers.”

Also, the series is executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Colin Trevorrow. Zack Stentz serves as consulting producer.

Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare (2020) – Netflix Originals Movie

Genre: Drama

Synopsis: 

“Set in a newly developing industrial area on the outskirts of New Delhi, Dolly Kitty aur Woh Chamakte Sitare, chronicles the quiet transgression of two cousins (women), who through their complicated love- hate equation, they both enable each other to find freedom.”

Whipped (2020) – Netflix Originals

Genre: Comedy, Drama, Romance

Synopsis: 

“Four young men – each with their own love issues – enrol in an ‘anti-whipped’ class to break free from being enslaved by love. The foursome soon realise that not only does the class have unusual, if not extreme methods, to teach them, it also starts to threaten their friendship and relationships with their partners. Will they survive the class?”

American Barbecue Showdown (Season 1) – Netflix Originals – Food competition that follows the country’s best backyard smokers and competitive barbecuers as they compete for the title of American Barbecue Champion.
