Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was first published by its creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird in 1984 through Mirage Studios. Originally, the comic was a parody of ninja, mutant, and teenage superheroes which were popular in those years. However, TMNT has become more than just a parody comic. TMNT has become a big brand and released more comics, animations, live-action movies, and toys.

The animated series Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which has been broadcasted on Nickelodeon for many years, is coming to Netflix with its new movie. TMNT’s Twitter account recently posted the official synopsis of the movie. We have prepared the details for you.

We’re finally getting updates on Netflix‘s new TMNT movie. They have released the official synopsis of the movie. Here are the details.

The official TMNT Twitter stated, “When a mysterious stranger arrives from the future with a dire warning, Leo is forced to rise & lead his brothers, Raph, Donnie, & Mikey in a fight to save the world from a terrifying alien species…the Krang! Coming to @netflix in 2021 @Nickelodeon.”

Netflix‘s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is based on the Nickelodeon animated series released in 2018. TMNT will return with Raph, Mikey, Donnie, and Leo and our characters will gain new martial arts skills and mystical powers. Rise retools the team for the 21st century, giving them a fresh look with animation in a unique style.

Unfortunately, Netflix has not yet announced the release date of the movie Rise of the TMNT. However, the production process of the movie started in February 2019 and is expected to be released in 2021.
