It seems like Netflix is in the mood to present us with its brand new star-studded ensembles this season. Recently, the streaming service released the teaser of Netflix’s 2022 slate films. Among them, the ones who held our attention are the stars of Knives Out 2 in their costume. Yes! the first coup d’œil of this excellent thriller is out now. And oh boy! Detective Benoit Blanc is all in solving yet another eccentric mystery; this time around the equator.

Notably, the teaser trailer portrayed its slate of projects from various genres. It included the sitcom mystery sequel of Enola Holmes, the political thriller The Gray Man, the sci-fi thriller The Adam Project, and many more. But whether it’s a delicious dinner party or Netflix’s teaser trailer, they always keep the best at last, either as deserts or in the name of Knives Out 2. Towards the end, we see a significant scene of this comedic crime drama in the Mediterranean setting.

What all is revealed about Knives Out 2 in this promo?

Although many other actors talk about their upcoming films in the teaser, the cast of Knives Out 2 talk just with their walk. We see them boarding a boat entirely in a vacation mood. Lastly, we see a glimpse of the most awaited actor, Daniel Craig, who will return as Benoit Blanc this time as well.

Apart from Craig, fans can also see Kathryn Hahn, Jessica Henwick, and Dave Bautista among a few others.

Directed by Rian Johnson, Knives Out follows Detective Blanc as he uncovers the truth of crime novelist Harlan Thrombey’s death. Seemingly, he is the senior figure of the Thrombey family, and someone from the family has reddened their hands with his blood. The film was an enormous success, earning a total of $311.4 million.

Talking about its sequel, Netflix revealed a little about the upcoming movie, but we do know that Johnson is not the only one returning from the crew of the first film. Steve Yedlin, Bob Ducsay, and Nathan Johnson will also be there to do the respective part of their job. However, we only see Daniel Craig as the returning cast member of Knives Out 2 in the trailer.

Knives Out 2 will be on the streaming service anytime in 2022.
