Netflix teases The Harder They Fall starring Idris Elba
Netflix shared the teaser for its new Western movie The Harder They Fall. The fans’ reactions are so far so good.
It seems Netflix is pretty content with Idris Elba’s performance in Concrete Cowboy as they’re doing another Western movie with him. This time it is The Harder They Fall, a Western movie with heavy Django Unchained vibes. It won’t air exclusively on Netflix. We’ll be able to see this movie in selected theatres as well. The movie will tell about an outlaw who reunites his gang upon learning that an enemy of his is being released from prison. It’s time for revenge.
Netflix gave us a pretty extensive description and promotion of its new Western movie. The cast and the crew are top-level, after all. Expectations from the movie are sky-high.

“When outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck (Idris Elba) is being released from prison he rounds up his gang to track Rufus down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in this assured, righteously new school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz), his right and left-hand men — hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Edi Gathegi) and fast drawing Jim Beckwourth (R.J. Cyler)—and a surprising adversary-turned-ally. Rufus Buck has his own fearsome crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith (Regina King) and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield), and they are not a group that knows how to lose.
