Michelle Obama has a new show coming on Netflix very soon. An original series that will be e a major hit on the streaming service features the former First Lady and Waffles, and Mochi.

The original series on Netflix, hosted by Michelle Obama, is a sort of documentary featuring two marionettes, Waffles, and Mochi. The aim of the show is to reach the children audience of Netflix. Who knows even adults may love and watch this new series! The series is produced by Higher Ground Productions, the production company owned by Obama and her husband, former President Barack Obama.

Netflix official synopsis for the ‘Waffles and Mochi‘: “Curious puppet pals Waffles and Mochi travel the world exploring the wonders of food and culture while learning how to cook with fresh ingredients.”

The trailer is here! So, this gives us a hint that the series will be releasing soon. The first season of Waffles and Mochi will be on Netflix on March 16, 2021. Waffles and Mochi can be the newest hit of March! The series is known to have filmed before the pandemic. It will be great for children, and for adults to see the world and feel like traveling while watching Waffles and Mochi!

There’s potential for a Waffles and Mochi season 2. Not any announcements were made so, we would have to wait for more information!

The cast of Waffles and Mochi is incredible! Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things, Jack Black, Rashida Jones, Zach Galifianakis, Tan France,  Sia, Mandy Moore, and more will join Michelle Obama in this fun and adventurous series!
