Netflix Teams Up With $65 Million Worth Tyson Fury to Create a Multi-Part Documentary
A lot of sportspersons are offering insights into their lives and their sports to common people. Netflix is embracing these players by creating documentaries about them. There are many sports documentaries available in Netflix’s library. Now, it is going to add one more about a retired boxer. Netflix recently announced its tie-up with Tyson Fury and the multi-part documentary. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
Tyson Fury is getting a multi-part documentary by Netflix
Tyson Luke Fury is a British professional boxer. He is a two-time world heavyweight champion, having held the WBC title since defeating Deontay Wilder in 2020, and The Ring magazine title from 2020 to August 2022, previously he held the unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring titles after defeating Wladimir Klitschko in 2015. As of August 2022, ESPN ranked Fury as the world’s best active heavyweight, and also as the fourth best-active boxer, pound-for-pound. He is ranked sixth by the TBRB, and seventh by the Boxing Writers Association of America. Now, this renowned player is going to get a documentary with Netflix.

As per the announcement, it is already in production. The documentary with a working title At Home With The Furys will provide exclusive insight into this heavyweight champion’s attempts to embers the retirement with his family. Along with his family life, the viewers will see Tyson continually looking for projects so that he can keep himself busy. The documentary will follow the champion on his world tour to meet his fans, to their lavish family holidays as well.
Right after he posted a video of the announcement of his retirement, the news came out of this documentary. However, in the video, he gives the suitors the time till 1 September. If anyone would come up for a fight, Tyson will fight. Otherwise, he said, he has now retired.
