'Wish Your Death' Netflix: Cast, Plot, Release Date, and More to Know About The Upcoming Korean Horror

The delight of the horror genre is never lost on Netflix's scroll-friendly, miles-long inventory. From classics like The Conjuring and the staple Evil Dead, to the unforgettable, ever-loved and comforting platter of zombie-apocalypse flicks as gifts of the great K-wave, Train to Busan and #Alive. The streaming giant has one for every occasion. And with its ever-growing and recently re-vowed resolve of acquiring more content, horror and thriller pieces stand stark front-lined in the tasteful selections. 

The K-wave and horror-as-an-extra-curricular-endeavor, being one of those tasteful selections, has also been a sub-category on the prowl, this time thanks to the addition of Wish Your Death.

If one might be looking for a mixture of some of the best invested-in visuals, aesthetically saturated frames and over the top with the trends fashion statements, or even just a nice, change-of-scene from grunginess of Hollywood horror to the sterile and aseptic surroundings, slowly being contaminated with the blood of the story; Netflix's recent addition of the Korean horror series Wish Your Death has commenced. 

The currently under works screamer is yet to hit the screens. But with recent updates about the nitty-gritties being on the loose, the Netflix addition is said to star a quintet consisting of establishing actors: Jeon So-young, Kan Mi-na, Baek Sun-ho, Hyun Woo-seok and Lee Hyo-je, for the record. The plot is said to follow five high-school friends who start off toying with a mysterious wish-granting app and ending up getting death-warnings. The events set to unfold to the gruesome encounters the high-schoolers have to face, with chilling truths and unexpected news.

The beloved streaming platform, ever-ardent with its dedication to bringing some of the most sought after pieces of refined cinema as well as comforting and innocuously made commercial showcases to the viewers beck and call; seems to be on a mission to unabridged success in coming times.
