Also acting as one of the executive producers to Peaky Blinders, Steven Knight expressed his pure sentiments behind the revival of the show in such a manner. With motives running beyond simply milking the benefits of the franchise's popularity, Knight revealed to Bingeworthy by Plalist that he wished to give the Netflix show's fans an opposite to the virtual platform to communicate their feelings about the show. With there being much ado about the upcoming cinematic installation to the best described as magnum opus of Knight's career, the Peaky Blinders sets seem to not have been entirely, or at all, wrapped up from its locations. The creator cleared the air around the supposed finale of the razor-gang caricature, stating that the movie installation was simply an appropriate end to the "first chapter" of the story. Expressing further, dropping crumbs for the fans to feed on, that how it was only fair "as long as there is an appetite for it and I have got stories to tell, then why not?"
With all that being established, and a cast as seasoned and blue-eyed as what has been revealed up until now, it is only fair when a few, or all of the audience is caught going haywire from their excitement, tipping their brims.
