It is almost time that we return to the mystical continent of The Witcher! And we finally have a first glimpse into what is in store for Henry Cavill and his fans in the name of The Witcher season 3. Yes! the teaser trailer for Cavill’s very last balletic bouts of swordplay is out now. “Now, for the first time, I understand real fear,” the fan-favorite Geralt of Rivia exclaims as the trailer claims “Everything changes…”
Dropped on Tuesday, 25 March, the clip has already garnered massive attention from the fans, but it seems like Netflix is perhaps not successful at what it attempted to do. None of the Cavill fans seems to give a Toss to the streaming giant’s extended efforts to hold back its audience. While it is the monarchs, mages, and the beasts of the continent against the mighty Elven sword bearer on screen, it is Netflix against the cult classic followers and supporters off-screen; and the latter are clearly winning the war.

“We are here but we are ONLY here for Henry (Cavill)! When he walks, we walk!” Fans apparently claim under the YouTube video, making it clear why they will be seated for the upcoming season. Twitterati are not behind the line as well. They also leave no stone unturned to make the showrunners realize their “grave mistake.”
While some request the streaming giant not to “scare us,” others claim it is “indeed a season finale,” and “If you are going to watch it, wait a week. Don’t encourage them to make another season!” Seems like the petitions to get Cavill back were the real deal.

mixed feelings about this, sadly the last season to me, Henry had such a big passion for this franchise, and soon we get a dude that doesn't share the same passion as henry, we gonna miss him so bad.

Others say they are not ready to say goodbye to Henry Cavill yet.

Others also ask Netflix to give scripting and producing rights to the Warhammer 40K producer.
With Henry Cavill as executive producer and lead. Give him full creative control.

Some kinder ones also say they will be watching season 4 only to give a fair chance to Liam Hemsworth.
I will watch THIS, because it looks good and I will watch season 4 because Liam Hemsworth deserves a fair chance. That's all.

Although we do not have a deeper look into what showrunner Lauren Hissrich claims to be a grand see-off to the British actor, who rends flesh and bone as an enchanted being; the 1-minute-11-second long trailer provides a short peek into what impends upon the lead trio (Geralt, Cirilla, and Yennefer) of the Netflix fantasy series. While all the forces in the world along with Wild Hunt are behind, Ciri, Geralt, and Yennefer play their best cards to safeguard her from any looming threats while battling corruption and politics at Arteuza (The world is certainly changing…).
However, what matters more than the plot is, it is Cavill’s last season. And we must also mention that those who cannot choke it all in together will have the season coming in 2 volumes. While the first volume, consisting of 5 episodes, will release on June 29, the remaining three episodes will drop July 27 in the form of Volume 2.
