Meghan Markle has been through a lot in the past couple of years. From marrying a British prince to having a miscarriage to becoming one of the most searched celebrities, the American actress has come a long way. How did Meghan Markle accidentally become an advocate?

The 41-year-old actress is not just known for her acting skills and being the Duchess of Sussex; she has also established herself as an activist and philanthropist. It goes back to when Meghan was in school, and one day she saw a dishwashing liquid commercial on TV that said, “Women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans.”

Surprisingly, not only did she receive encouraging replies from all these women but also a filming team to document the complete case. Moreover, the soap company changed “Women all over America” to “People all over America“. And that is how Meghan Markle won her first case!
