What is 'To Catch a Killer' on Netflix? is It Worth Watching?

Centering around troubled cop Eleanor Falco when a senior officer notices her nimble perceptiveness, she is then placed on the team put together to track down a sniping perpetrator of clean cut manslaughter, unfolding the grit and spine tremoring plot as we go. 

It may have its shortcomings as an overtold story, with the plot risen and thickened to the point of tipping over or bubbling out the pot, with instances where the story gets complicatedly over explained. However, following Eleanor's story gives us a sense of pride as well, who had been recruited to Baltimore to have and eye kept on her activities, in regards to her disturbed history.
