The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, sought to be one of the most loved yet looked up to royal members even as she married the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry. While the former Suits actress was already in terms of media knowledge and limelight, others thought she will get used to avoiding it like everyone else before her. But eventually listed out everything that she once deemed impossible to leave without. 

Unfortunately, Markle could never fit into the laid mold of the royal family. And the aftermath was inevitable. Eventually, Markle had to give up on things that were personally important to her as an individual. One of the prime beings is traveling. In an age-old interview for her now non-existent blog, The Tig, the Suits actress, sat for a rapid-fire where she disclosed the same.

Back in 2017, when the American actress and the military prince were in the nascent stage of their relationship, they had questions coming in from all sides from a lot of curious minds. One of the first questions that the now Duchess answered was one thing she cannot live without. It did not take Markle to think twice before answering that it was her passport.

Being an avid traveler, it was not surprising why Markle would choose anything as such as the first for her survival kit. Before she traveled places as the Duchess on royal duties, Meghan Markle was already exploring the world owing to her humanitarian work demands across the globe. 

Where did Meghan Markle go for holidays? 

By then, she had already been to places like India campaigning for a girls’ education, and Rwanda as a global ambassador of World Vision Canada. Prior to that, her then Instagram feed was always overloaded with the trips and vacations she breaks into, along with her best friends. In addition to that, she had already been enjoying what it feels like to be a Duchess from foreign soil. 

Before stepping into the royal family, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle had already spent a lot of time traveling and getting to know each other in the year 2017. Their holidays used to include Norway with finance, and relish the northern lights in Jamaica after having attended a wedding together.
