The leader of the project is the visionary director Joseph Kosinski. Over the
years, the architect-turned-director has made a mark in the sci-fi genre. He
brings his architectural background and his love for intense visuals to all his
projects.



However, for Spiderhead, the reason he joined was not the visuals. It was
because he felt there is an ever-growing influence of technology in society,
which he feels will eventually cause chaos. “Technology’s not going to save us.
There’s no pill or app that’s going to make us love each other more or behave
better,” said the director.

complex character, who is not a hero or a villain.

does believe what he’s doing is just.”

the story. He said, “I’ve never done anything quite like this in tone
