The Witcher is moving mountains towards its journey for the upcoming season and yes; it is all happening without Henry Cavill. Cavill’s departure from the franchise left the saddles of Geralt on the shoulder of Liam Hemsworth. As the actor picks up the mantle to flaunt his genius in the sorcerer’s world, accompanying him on this new venture of uncharted territory is a fresh debut character called Regis from Andrzej Sapkowski’s third novel, the Baptism of Fire. 

Only some time ago, Netflix declared Laurence Fishburne’s casting for this character of the Netflix original. Given that both the character and the cast are only recently minted, here is what Regis might have in store for us. 

Who is Regis in The Witcher 4?

The Witcher makers are treading steadily to procure a magnificent fourth installment of the sorcerer’s saga. According to the sources, Regis and Geralt meet after the Thanedd incident, on the former’s way to find Ciri. By all indications, it seems that Regis’s specialty could be of great importance for the storyline. Also, given that the makers stay loyal to the source.

What to expect from The Witcher season 4?

During the last installment of The Witcher, Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer go their separate ways to complete the purpose of their journey.
